How to order :

1. Order :

• Email us with your purchase order Form - Please contact us or the Wholesale price list form.
• All order must be written.
2. Minimum Order :
• Minimum order will applicable and will be differ for every item.
• Accessories and Small Items: 100-pcs per design - assorted color may possible, ask for more service availability.
3. Sample Order :
• Samples will be charged for both freight cost and the samples.
• If you have any courier account for collect payment in destination, then we will send the samples for free.
4. Production time :
• Normally a standard 40ft container takes about 6 up to 8 weeks for production time.
• Production time depends on the quantity and the complexity of your order.
• We have some product ready stock
• Inventory, please contact us for confirmation.
• We will keep on informing you with the progress of your order by email and photos.
• We will send you the copy of Bill of Lading - BL and other related documents by email.
5. Refund/Cancellation :
• When the first deposit is made, no refund or cancellation is possible.
• We will inform to the customer regarding the balance payment when all merchandise are ready to ship. If there is no balance payment made after 14 days starting from our notification, all order are consider to be lost, and there is no deposit refund. " important ".
6. Delivery shipping:
• Airfreight will take about 3 up to 7 working days to reach your address.
• We normally using Courier service: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Postal Office, Air Cargo, etc.
• Sea Freight will take about 4 - 8 weeks depending to destinations.
7. Damaged Merchandise :
• Firstly, we will help you with the insurance coverage.
• If the damaged caused by my mistake, we will refund the amount of damaged as a new credit for your next order.
